Olsen Actuators & Drives has many years of experience in the overhaul and testing of actuators and motion control equipment. Our multi-skilled technicians provide comprehensive services across all market sectors.

Our workshops overhaul electric linear, rotary tubular and belt actuators in a complete range of configurations.

We have the expertise, capabilities, facilities and stock to provide customers with a fast and efficient service for their actuation repairs.

Our service centres stock a wide variety of consumable spares and long lead time items from all manufacturers, meaning we can deliver quick and efficient service turnarounds.

Machining Capabilities

We can create unique parts to solve problems and repair equipment where standard parts will not suffice.

We specialise in customised actuators, housings and connectors so we are experienced in creating custom machined parts from design to fitting.

OEM Spares

As a fully independent stockist of actuators and drives, we can often supply OEM parts off the shelf, increasing plant reliability and availability and minimising downtime.

Our UK-based service facility stocks a vast array of over £500k worth of stock and spares and complete actuator assemblies for all actuator types, cables, connectors and drives from leading manufacturers.

All our technicians are highly skilled in all manufacturer product types including electric and electro-hydraulic actuation and associated control systems.

Standard Warranty and Extended Warranty

Overhauled products are supplied fully tested and certified, with a 3-month warranty on parts and labour as standard, with extended warranty options available.

New replacement products come with 24 months warranty from the date of manufacture.

Extended warranty is available subject to an annual inspection service.
