We allow you to proof your new aircraft prototype with a rapid supply of aircraft specification actuators combined with drive power electronics, canbus integration software and associated validation and verification testing. Our lightweight aerospace range and custom designs are extremely robust incorporating where necessary precision ground roller screws and high torque density gearheads giving long life and low maintenance.
We can package the electronics integrated into the EM actuators or separately. Compliance with DO160G and DO178 is available with full material traceability, program management and associated documentation and validation testing.
Typically we can produce a prototype within 9 months ready for the first flight. Batch volumes of 50-100 units per year are completed utilising a dedicated production pod and AS9100 approved supply chains. Full production can be optimised for high volumes using our own in-house machine tools to ensure the pricing is optimised and quality control is protected in-house.
