Olsen had the pleasure to attend Cranfield University 2 day SAMAD Aerospace conference to better understand the work of 100+ MSc students who have analysed and improved the VTOL design ready for investment to get this concept through the next phase - There are around 200 VTOL concepts in prototype at the moment up from 80 just 12 months ago. There are some prime players involved with each prototype costing around USD $1 billion.
