The Olsen Actuators & Drives team attended their second Farnborough International Airshow, 22nd – 26th July 2024 in Hall 4.
Olsen promoted a range of space rated COTS products, drives, motors, and encoders. Fast delivery and no NRE costs help NEW and OLD Space companies to be faster to market.
Olsen also showcases its proven Tilt and Propellor pitch control actuators and drive electronics which are utilised within the Vertical Aerospace prototype aircraft. Olsen has quoted other leading aircraft programs for primary flight control.
Olsen designs and manufactures custom electric actuators and electro-mechanical systems in Cheshire, United Kingdom, and was established in 2004 employing 17 people.

Farnborough International Airshow is one of the world’s leading airshows demonstrating the apex of innovation for over 75 years. The show is attended by more than 1,200 exhibitors across 44 countries. During the 5 day airshow, it was a pleasure to meet with new and familiar people in person during the show, demonstrating our current and future activities and innovations.
