The pandemic has brought into sharp focus the importance of mental health in the workplace. While awareness of mental health issues has been growing there is a lot more we can all do.
To that end, Olsen now have two Mental Health First Aiders in the office.
Joanne Lawes and Georgia McKnight have attended an Online Mental Health First Aid Adult course and are now Mental Health First Aiders. This course teaches in-depth skills for providing first aid to people who may be experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and psychosis. An invaluable resource for the office.
