We enable rapid prototyping with aircraft grade electro-mechanical actuators, supported by:

• Drive and power electronics
• CANbus / aircraft network integration software
• Verification and validation testing

Our lightweight aerospace actuation systems and custom designs are engineered for long service life and low maintenance, incorporating, where required:

• Precision ground roller screws
• High torque
• Robust, lightweight housings and aerospace qualified components
• Electronics can be supplied integrated within the actuator or as separate, modular units.

We are compliant with:

• DO160G environmental and EMC compliance
• DO178 software development compliance
• Full material traceability, programme management, and documentation

Prototype and Production Capability

• Prototype lead time: typically within 9 months, ready for first flight
• Batch production: 50–100 units per year using dedicated production pods and AS9100 approved supply chain partners
• Full production: scalable for higher volumes with inhouse machining to optimise cost, quality and delivery reliability
