As a chartered manager with over 20 years of professional experience in Aerospace and an MBA from LJMU, Jenny began her career as an apprentice in aerostructures before landing in quality and continuous improvement. Understanding risk, problem solving and team development helped build the foundation for her success as she became a leader who will support Olsen in accomplishing its growth.
