MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedules and costs
- Develop necessary tools and techniques to measure project performance and provide metrics on current state of all projects
- Manage the relationship with customers and all stakeholders, and report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure effective and regular communication with staff, contractors, customers, and suppliers to facilitate the smooth operation of business activities.
- Represent the company with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, and build constructive relationships to help further the work and reputation of the business
In addition, undertake any other duty or responsibility that may reasonably be allocated by the Technical Manager or Managing Director.

EXPERIENCE
- Previous working experience in a similar project management role
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience of mechanical or electrical products
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team but with the confidence to generate solutions and processes when working alone
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Confidence to work closely with external customers and suppliers
- Strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft systems
