Adelphi Packaging Machinery is a specialist supplier of liquid filling & capping machinery, manufacturing its own Masterfil, Mastercap and System ranges. Customers range from lube oil and agrochemical suppliers to cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies.
Adelphi needed an upgrade option for its System F Masterfil Volumetric inline liquid filling system. It wanted to increase the accuracy, flexibility and robustness of the filler.
Olsen Actuation helped Adephi design the Exlar GSX and FT / FTX into the latest options for the upgraded versions of its best-selling Masterfil Volumetric filler.
Servo drives perform more effectively than pneumatic drives for the nozzle motion and liquid pumping system.
