• Electronics can be supplied integrated into the actuator or as separate modules

• DO160G environmental and EMC compliance
• DO178 software compliance (where required)
• Full material traceability, programme management and documentation

Typical delivery milestones:

• Prototype ready for first flight: Typically within 9 months
• Batch production: 50–100 units per year, utilising dedicated production pods and AS9100 approved supply chains
• High-volume production: supported by our in-house machining, ensuring optimal cost, repeatability and quality control
